Background

David Schoolcraft is a general practitioner with areas of proficiency in estate planning and administration, probate and juvenile matters, personal injury, family law, business formations and agreements, real estate, and consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Schoolcraft is a trial attorney with first-chair experience as in-house Detroit staff legal counsel for Zurich in matters of personal injury, general liability and workers’ compensation throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan.

Education

Mr. Schoolcraft is educated at Thomas M. Cooley Law School for domestic and international business law. Mr. Schoolcraft also took his masteral course for EU and US Antitrust law, transnational commercial transactions and litigation, international economic institutions and agreements from King's College London in England.

Admission

He is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Michigan, the Livingston County Bar Association as well as the United States District Court for Western and Eastern District of Michigan.
