Mark Alan Gilbert specializes in the Creditors Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Practice. Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.

Mark was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1993, Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court in 1994, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in1995. He is also admitted to practice before the Middle, Southern and Northern District of Georgia.
