Background

Mr. Fisher has practiced law for over 20 years and have worked on over 10,000 consumer and business bankruptcy cases. In addition to representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases, Mr. Fisher also represents clients in adversary proceedings, which are lawsuits filed with the bankruptcy court. Mr. Fisher is regularly retained by other bankruptcy lawyers to resolve difficult cases, evidencing he is held in high esteem by his colleagues for his professional knowledge and ability as well as for upholding ethical standards in the practice of law.

Mr. Fisher earned his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for Middle, Northern and Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern District of California as well as for the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the State Bar of California, American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
