Twelve (12) Cases Filed in the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware by Cadence Innovation LLC
Cadence Innovation LLC (“Cadence”), an automotive components supplier of suburban Detroit filed ten (10) cases last week in the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. In total, 12 cases have been filed so far against the creditors for the recovery of alleged preferential transfers. Eleison Composites LLC, the largest case in the group, was sued for the amount of $ 553,422.02. Apart from this, Cadence has also filed lawsuits against T-A Systems, Inc., Container Design Services, Inc., MGA Research Corporation, WK Industries, Inc., NYX, Inc., Jenoptik Laser Technologies USA Corp., Product Action International LLC, E & R Industrial Sales, Inc., and Anchor Bay Communications LLC.
Cadence had filed for protection under Chapter 11 on August 26, 2008. Judge Kevin Gross is presiding over this case. Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. is representing Cadence.
